1. Fundraising & Voluntary Donations

  • All Donations Are Final: Any financial contributions, support payments, or donations made to WishSphere LLC or its associated fundraising campaigns are entirely voluntary and non-refundable.

  • No Material Exchange: Donations do not constitute a purchase of physical goods or premium services, and chargeback requests or refund claims will not be honored once a transaction is successfully completed.

2. Digital Services & Platform Credits

  • Immediate Delivery: WishSphere LLC provides digital tools, browser extensions (such as the LinkedIn Job Tracker), and web-based SaaS features (such as ShareSphere and IdeaSphere). Access to these digital services, activations, or internal platform credits is fulfilled electronically and immediately upon completion of your registration or transaction.

  • No Refunds on Digital Access: Due to the immediate, intangible nature of digital tool access and platform configurations, all transactions related to digital assets, account access, or platform features are strictly non-refundable.

3. Account Cancellation

  • Voluntary Closure: Users may stop using the Site or request the deletion of their account profile at any time.

  • Effect of Cancellation: Upon canceling or closing your account, any associated data, saved logs, or unused platform access will be permanently deactivated in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Cancellation of an account does not entitle the user to a monetary refund for any prior voluntary contributions or platform interactions.
